Do you offer Private Farm Tours/ Birthday Party Packages?

 Private Farm Experience Tours and Birthday Party Packages can be arranged through email (hello@farmstop.co.uk).

 

Do you offer Educational Farm Experiences?

 We can offer a private guided farm experience tour of the farm learning about the animals and feeding them.

We can also tailor the experience to any curriculum requirements.

Do you offer Corporate Wellness Packages?

 We can offer fully catered Corporate Wellness Packages with catering if required, these can be arranged through email (hello@farmstop.co.uk).

Are you wheelchair/ buggy friendly?

Our paths are wide enough for wheelchairs and buggies, although they can be a little bumpy, but we have rolled hardcore gravel paths. The part inside the shed is good for wheelchairs/ buggies as it’s concrete.

We also have an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities.

Why can’t I add more people to my booking?

 Our Guided Farm Experience Tours have a limited capacity to ensure a hands-on interactive farm experience. Please try selecting another date that has enough space for your group.

Please note you can’t purchase a child’s ticket without purchasing an adult’s ticket.

 

I can no longer make my booking, can I get a refund or transfer to another date?

When booking there is a no cancellation or date policy that must be ticketed before any bookings are made. You are welcome to resell your tickets or see if a friend can make your booking instead.

Why can’t I see any availability in the Calendar?

Availability is made bookable one month in advance. Keep an eye on our social media for ticket release dates. If it is less than a month to go and tickets have already been released, it is likely that there is no remaining availability.
